FLAN

FLAN

FLAN was presented during IFDA 2021, with the concept of creating a cozy private space no matter where you are. After brushing up a few things, this idea was made into a beautiful new product. In this era where privacy is highly valued, FLAN makes it possible to maintain an appropriate space between people even in high density public spaces such as airports, offices, and cafes. An attractive point of the lounge chair is that when viewed from behind, the strong presence of wood provides a sense of calm to the space and helps create a more relaxed atmosphere. The angled back creates a look that draws you in.

In addition to the wide seat’s ability to allow a variety of sitting positions comfortably, the chair is unique in that the impressive size of the back obstructs you from view from most angles, giving an appeal to those who want to relax in private while waiting in public. The configuration protects your device screens from being visible to the outside, and its outstanding design creates an appropriate boundary while not making you feel trapped.
