A chair based on a Scandinavian design philosophy, “only leave the necessary parts.” Stackable up to four chairs, AATOS does not take up a lot of space when stored. Its lightweight form allows for easy carrying. Conveniently use in meeting rooms and offices, or cafes and restaurants. 4 spacers are affixed to the bottom of each chair to prevent scratching from repeated stacking.

The Antti Kotilainen design studio was founded in Helsinki in 1997. Specialized in furniture design, it also deals with product design and complete visual concepts that combine graphic and spatial design.
Kotilainen's design is characterized by an organic functionalism aimed at meeting contemporary requirements. At the base of his work there is the desire to perfect the problems and technical details, concerning both the manufacturing process and the applicability, until the desired aesthetic result is achieved, with the aim of obtaining a design that seems completely spontaneous. but at the same time essential.
In keeping with the best of Scandinavian tradition, Kotilainen has also explored new ways of working with wood in many of his creations. Since 1993, he has collaborated with various Scandinavian furniture companies, such as Martela, Piiroinen, as well as with the American Knoll, Italian Arper and Lapalma.
His works, widely recognized and presented in various Finnish and international exhibitions, have been used to furnish the public spaces of companies, universities and cultural sites in numerous European countries, the United States, Australia and Japan.
