SPLINTER Armchair (wooden seat)

SPLINTER Armchair (wooden seat)

An armchair designed by Sato Oki of nendo, SPLINTER’s unique characteristic is its flowing form. The arms and legs, which were designed to appear as though they are peeling and “splintering” off from the back, have a semicircular shaped component that gives an overall light, easygoing impression. The Splinter Armchair (wooden seat) was awarded Japan’s Good Design Award in 2014.
